Diario de rhontique, 30 ene. 17

Hoping for a quiet day to get caught up on household chores. Bought a spaghetti squash yesterday and looking forward to fixing it later this week. I lost 2 pounds this week so I'm happy about that. I did eat some corn chips yesterday with my homemade nacho cheese. Had lots of ground beef in the cheese sauce for the protein. BIL still in the hospital, his blood pressure doesn't want to come up into a normal range. DH had his 1st physical therapy session for his knee. Everyone survived! Have a great week my buddies and stay strong! Together we can do this!
