Diario de meonadiet, 25 feb. 10

Oh boy, I can't believe how easily and quickly I can put on weight when I'm bad. The Olympics are killing me. Everyday drinking and eating especially with all these hockey games. I'm happy they are winning but it is not good for me. Plus my birthday was tue and my friend today (brunch Sunday). I decided on the weekend to just enjoy it and start fresh March 1st. But weighed myself today and thought I should acknowledge how well I'm doing it. What kind of saved me before was the exercise. So I'm going to the gym tonight. I can watch the gold final from the cardio machine. BUT must go out tomorrow night to see the men but since later I'll do the spin class first. But then Sat and Sun go in the morning. See if men play for bronze Sat or hopefully gold Sun. I'll be very afraid to weigh myself Monday morning. It is going to be so hard to start being good then. That's my plan. Still have four days to enjoy. I do feel guilty but enjoying life.

Uh oh... Hard to mae the choice between eating healthy and partying with friends... Don't feel guilty! You decided to enjoy the Olympics, stick with your decision (well, of course if you can avoid too much beer or chips, that's good too lol!). If you enjoy 100% I'm sure it will be easier to get back on track later. My only advice, once you're back on track, be strong, very strong the first days. If you need support I'm here for you!! Go Canada Go!
