Getting ready to leave for a couple of weeks. Granddaughter is graduating from college in Phoenix. Taking extra days and going to Grand Canyon, Tombstone, Alamo, and Galveston. Then about as soon as we get home DH is having total knee replacement. Busy Busy.

Coming to my area! Just read Glen's comment. Didn't know he was from here too. Phoenix will be really hot compared to the rest of the country. I started to say you should enjoy some good Mexican food while you're in our area but it's not diet friendly.

Coming to Phoenix just in time for the heat. We're supposed to hit triple digits this weekend. Hope you remember to drink plenty of fluids and don't forget the sunscreen.

Enjoy your trip..I lived in Galveston for six years...loved the feeling of Tropical Time...and then the Grand Canyon and the Alamo...really great places to visit.

Have fun. We just spent a few days down at the Tombstone area. Not far from there is a town called, Bisbee. Its an old town, really cool to go see if your near Tombstone.
