Finally the scales are reading 82.5 kg this morning, I am very proud of myself as it took me just five months to lose 22.5Kg. I now weigh 13 stone not 16-1/2 stone and diet phase one is completed. Going forward I want to get fit - I am still planning on fully logging my calories and happy to take all year to lose another stone.
Today I am going for a long walk after that chillaxing all weekend.
