Almost 3 months into the year and still struggling plus easter coming, now spring, plus a million other reason. I know what I need to do. Just do it!

Thanks for stopping by. I glanced briefly at your weight history and you are only about 10 pounds from your Fatsecret low (and down about 23 pounds from your high). Ten pounds is not really too far a distance to travel to put yourself back into the contender category. ;-) There will always be another celebration around the corner, and you *know* that you can do it whenever you feel like it. Take your time though, wait for yourself...

Hello! I missed your journal, once again... Don't give up. Yes Easter is coming, and after spring will be summer and BBQ and ice cream season. There is always a good reason to indulge! But there is one thing above all those temptations: Your motivation to lose those last 10 pounds! Even if it takes time, as long as you keep your goal in mind it will happen. Keep going!
