6lbs could be water/hormones/the heat - my weight fluctuates about 3 to 5 lbs each week - don't worry too much about it.

My weight fluctuates 4 to 7 lbs also each week, just thought it was something with my body, of course if I have more sodium it has gone as high as 9 lbs. I am glad that other have same issues. I am sorry for anyone that has weight gain, because of course it doesn't go down that fast! Yes we have to keep on trying. I just came from my doctor, started having low back pain, he said lose weight!
