Despite having a case of severe late evening munchies - Flapjack, Bailies irish cream cheese and biscuits and a banana that added up to 1500 calories I mostly maintained the loss from yesterday. I couldn't help myself and ran a few miles again yesterday evening, which is probably why I was hungry.
Today it's walk day 12 miles or so - Shortened a little as I have a Drs phone appointment which is needed so I can just request a cholesterol test! I will ask about my BP medication at the same time.

LOL - I'm just a sore loser, ADP! I'm just shy of 20k steps at the mo and we're going out later to walk the prom again and find something to eat. I'm actually feeling really good today - been swimming too!
