Diario de Adpully, 15 sep. 17

A bit of a bump up this morning. A hefty 2000 calorie deficit deserves better support from the scales, it really does. I have had a very active week so perhaps It's new muscle.

Today I have no solid plans except for a few beers down the local tonight and I have to pick up some veg plus a slow house tidy up -We have someone viewing the house on Monday. I will try to have a slow exercise day but I cannot promise myself.
The weekend is nearly here so I hope you are all prepping up for some fun

It defies logic sometimes and too be honest has driven me mad in the past. To that end and of course my sanity l now try and not over think it all, l am on this ride for the long haul and I expect a few bumps in the road. Have a great weekend
