Still hanging in there (weight wise) although January was mentally a much tougher and harder month than both November or December. January's target numbers were ok, but I found it difficult to keep motivated on the activity front, was "tired" most of the time with sleep also not seeming to come easily.

Hoping to have an easier go of it this month and the year ahead.

However, just celebrated our 35th Anniversary a few days ago with a three day getaway. It was really nice!! Both myself and my "Bride of 83" had a great time...first real break for the two of us since October. Got some powder skiing in...great food and wine (didn't have to cook or clean up)...shared with some great folks too.
