Woke at 229.4, up .8 from yesterday. Drank three large glasses of wine last night. Feeling very bloated but got into my suit. UPDATE: My team put on a fantastic Agile IT Expo and I got to do opening remarks and introduced our keynote speaker, JJ Sutherland, CEO of Scrum Inc. Had two celebratory happy hours after that. Ate soft shell tacos and a bunless burger. Did not remember to weigh in when I got home but probably would not have reflected a drop!

Sounds like a fun time....and....I'll vote for the chicken salad over the anchovy (sardine?) salad any day, although I would miss the greens.
