Starving after my work out! Finished my arm day work out from last night (gym too crowded) plus HIIT cardio and ab day today 😀💪👍 Trying to make up for eating so bad 🤷‍♀️

Glad to see you checking in regularly! So happy you have been hitting the workouts. I never want to go back to being 'sedentary'. So jealous that you and Chesgreen can have peanuts! If I start with peanuts I-cannot-control-myself :) Its a shame because peanuts are so healthy if eaten in moderation.

Thanks Jen! 😁 I do love nuts! It’s the one thing I really miss about not doing keto. I use to eat them everyday to up my fat but Ive been having to avoid them. These lightly salted ones are easier to put down than most. I was carrying a can of them in my car. I’d toss the can in the back seat as soon as I removed my portion!! As slow as bumber to bumper traffic is, it’s not quite slow enough to climb into the back to retrieve them 🤣🤣🤣

why can't you have nuts now// they are better than having cake and cookies all the time. modest amounts of healthy food is a good thing

I’ve had a really long and tiring week. I wish I could just stay in bed for the next 3 days... but I can’t. I had plans to go camping with my kids and my flaky friend and her kids but the camp ground is closed due to the red tide. It’s a good thing because my flaky friend couldn’t get the day off because she already took a bunch of time off even though she knew that I was jumping through hoops to get this day off 😒 My fault though. Already know she is Not dependable. We are suppose to get together tonight and have a sleep over with the kids. I’m not holding my breath.

Baskington maybe because the calories, but you are right, cake is high in calories too . CrashtestDawnie if you want to continue eating carbs, I really think you should try my two days diet. People may think I am eating bad(unhealthy), but I am doing great, my body is really changing 😀

Sorry about your friend, that blows. I didn't realize you weren't doing keto anymore. I keep meaning to post these giant cans of mixed nuts i have been getting. They are like 3# or something. I portion out 1/2 oz servings, but i still go through them! Not doing keto, just love the nuts!

Not a big fan of penuts, I prefer to eat either walnuts, pecans, or pistashios, or cashew butter rather than peanuts. Is there some advantage to peanuts that I've not heard about?

LTHOMP56 the 5:2 diet means you eat 500 calories two non consecutive days of the week. So I can eat those calories saved on the weekends.

Oh wait, just reread... @ctd, you *are* doing keto, right? I feel like i see lchf ppl eating nuts here. Color me confused, lol.

I haven’t re started Keto yet. I tried to, but failed and started binging on carbs 😪 I could still eat nuts without keto. But I was trying to stay low fat while eat carbs LOL!! That just didn’t happen.. At all 😰 🤷‍♀️ I will restart keto on Monday. It’s the only thing that helps get my binge eating under control. Then I can easily control the amount I eat and my eating pattern 🧘‍♀️

ah, the fat, I did not think the nuts were that bad. I thought maybe the salt. so you are going back to keto?? good luck with getting your restart, I know you can do anything you put your mind too.
