Woke at 223.4, up 2.6 from yesterday after a full day of eating that included three square meals after a five-day fast. Will mitigate today by eating a bit less. UPDATE: Ended up eating over calories as I had to sample some of that hot Nordic nut bread after it came out of the oven. Weighed 224.4 at the end of the day. Not bad. Started to move out some water.

I think for coming off a 5 day fast that you did great! Just eat less carbs ... the amount of food wasn't that bad. If you had skipped the corn and glass of wine you would have been at 23 net carbs for the whole day. I was nosy and looked at your day. 😉

I think you did good on the carbs... but, I need to try to keep my carbs <20 on refeeds and see if that makes a difference. I also exercise like crazy on refeed days so perhaps that also helps me. Well this Saturday I plan to go to the Cheesecake Factory so this is NOT the weekend to do a test...

Looks like all is well after your fast. The most I’ve tried is 24 hours. I am 18:6 every day though. Cheers my friend!

You did great, Bill ... I was quite impressed with your whole day. I would have had the wine at dinner, too if you were celebrating.
