Operation Treadmill Day One
Fifteen minutes; three songs; rocking out to 'oldies'. (Money Can't Buy It, Whose Side Are You On, and No One Else on Earth.)
My dog looked very confused - I think she thought I was having a seizure of my own with all the head banging and bad singing along with headphones.
Will eventually learn to change the factory settings - if I WERE 30 years old, 150lbs and 6'7" tall I'd be too busy with my runway model career to be on a treadmill.
Lesson learned: Do Not Close Eyes Unless Holding Onto Handle. (Walked backward off treadmill and fell into the wall!) I had anticipated sore legs and back - probably the first person to endure an elbow injury on a treadmill.

Ha! I got quite a bruise on my arm learning that same lesson; and it was at a gym, with witnesses, lol! Good job on getting that 15 minutes in, way cool.

Ahh! You made me nearly fall off my chair with your dog comment! I will never forget the first sit up I tried with my two dogs nearby! They thought I needed some extra weight to "crunch" and so they laid on me. I can only imagine what they are thinking as I side step, lunge, and kick.

Awww CK - seriously? So once again I must say I think we were separated at birth, no?? No witnesses but a confession to MH resulted in 'uh, the door is to be left open now...' RiverRes - our babies sure give us a reality check don't they - MH keeps suggesting 'put her on the treadmill too' but not right now. I won't close my eyes without holding on but do not want to have to worry about falling over a little doggy. Kingkeld- guess it's a good thing you weren't drinking a coke or that could have been a very odd comment, huh :-) LOL.
