Woke at 235.8, up .4 from yesterday. Lots of puffiness from sodium induced water weight. Going to fast today and perhaps throughout the weekend. If I do eat anything, it will be some steak for OMAD dinners. UPDATE: Flushed through a lot of water and coffee today and got to 233.6 by 5:30. Fasting will continue overnight and possibly throughout Saturday. Considering protein coffee for breakfast and a small steak for dinner on both weekend days.
