KFC is now serving doughnuts at dozens of locations. On Tuesday, the fried-chicken chain announced that it was testing its "Chicken and Donuts" menu items for a limited time at more than 40 locations in Norfolk and Richmond, Virginia, and Pittsburgh. I just posted because it was food news. I really don't see much difference in the donut(s) vs having a couple of KFC apple turnovers after the sandwich & fries. But the lines are definitely drawn between disgust & desire so I thought I'd share it.

OMG...this seems like such a lie! But, I know it so so true. What in the name of heartburn and diabetes is this monstrosity! Just would have been better if they took the donut glaze and just put it on the chicken.

I'm not sure if I wan't donut sugar on my chicken but then again, I love BBQ sauce and that's pretty heavy in sugar. I guess it's all about the combining.

I don't think I've been to a KFC in over 20 years. I remember stopping just to get an order of their biscuits. Also really like the coleslaw.
