Sweet. Some things, you never want to outgrow! 

Shrooms, Noodles .. anyday. When my son was little he called those green thingys - Trees. His words, I don't like Trees. Your 8 y/o seemingly had a better attitude. btw. Happy bDay Melissa's daughter.. 

You lovely people!!! You make me smile! Thank you! RgaDawg, they were mini trees in this house! 😁 I can't belive I've been making this food for so long. I can still remember her sitting with her little friends while they picked out the "yucky" mushrooms and gave them to her. When I was the age she is now, (24) I already had her and her sister was on the way! Man I was too young to have children!!!!  

Naw .. Man I was too young to have children.. They are magic, whenever and however they come ... My son was unplanned, late in life, but brought a kind of purpose to my life that I didn't know existed... 

Aww, rgaDawg, that is precious! My kids are my joy and the greatest blessings of my life. I just can't believe I was so young and ill prepared to start in on the most important job of my life! ♥️ 

No it doesn't look like cat food! It looks and sounds delicious. 😋

When it comes to kids .. the work will teach you how. I read that somewhere, not my words, some book on parenting. We were totally lost .. in our 30s. Made me think of a story.. Jacob, 18 mos old, some kind of infection in his mouth, couldn't nurse without horrible crying fits, into the ER he goes, the really sweet dr. looked at us and said .. Jacob's going to be fine, I'm giving him a light sedative, do you two need one as well😊 

Melissa, I feel the same way, about being too young, but do believe everthing happened the way it was meant to happen. 💕👍😊 

Oh my goodness, rgaDawg! What a cool story! Toughest, scariest, most beautiful job in the world is entrusted to complete novices! 😁 I've had so many scares... So many fears actually realized... My youngest daughter was nearly killed by a inattentive driver while she was walking across a street in a crosswalk just before she turned 16. It made me realize how little we actually can control in life, and how much we need to focus on what really matters.  

Becc, I don't regret at all being a young mom! And look at what a young grandma you get to be!!! I'm so excited for you... For that baby girl who gets to have you! ❤️ 

Aww that’s cute Lol Im 26 I have a 4 yr old a 2 yr old and 2 month old! 

In all honesty, I had a harder time being a wife than a mother at 21. I didn't mean to imply any regret for either of us. 💕  

Melissa, I am not feeling like a young grandmother at all today, but thank you for the compliment. ❤ 

Indeed, scary. Glad your daughter is fine. Elementary school within bicycle riding distance, accompanying Jacob for many rides to school, before I was ready for him to do it on his own, we're both ready to ride across a road, look at the lady in the car, made eye contact, she saw us, we start across the road, she steps on the gas to turn right, slams on breaks, but doesn't hit us.  

In there with ya, keyten! Asupermom! You are a busy lady! I had my first three that close and it is both fun and a wild ride. 

Aww, Becky! You will be an amazing grandma... Even if some days you feel a bit tired! ❤️❤️ 

RgaDawg, that is scary! People just need to be so careful. My girl was on a wide street and the car was a long way away... It just never slowed down. She was running to get away by the time he hit her. She has chronic headaches that have never gone away from the brain injury, but she has come so far and is even able to go to university and hold a high GPA. She works terribly hard and most never know how hard she struggles... Or how many hours she has to put in. But, she is doing well and has grown through everything to be so strong.  

Happy birthday to her. You’re a great mom for honoring her request. That’s not easy to prepare I heard.
