I always keep almond, coconut and now pecan flour on hand. Haven't tried pecan flour yet but going to make pecan pie cookies with it and will let you know how it turns out.

If you live near a Aldi Supermarket , they have a Great Carb Free Bread, but I still keep almond flour around !!!
