Thx NN! 😊Have not had griilled cheese in a few months. In the past, I would eat 3 sandwiches with double the cheese and w/o salads. Now, much better balance w/o sacrificing taste. Today, I ate 1.5 sandwiches. #portioncontrol #balancedmeals

And moops, spices include fennel, fennugreek, cumin, ginger, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, cardamom, cayenne (or hot red pepper). We bought these at the local Indian market. Yum! 😋
