So I just did lunch with my new juicer. The juice was amazing. But then I got to thinking, if I'm taking the calorie hit for the entire vegetable/fruit, why not eat the roughage that the machine produces? I washed everything, didn't I? I poured that stuff into a bowl and it is an amazing chopped salad. BONUS!

Good point I suppose. I've never heard of anyone eating the leftovers! But if you are claiming the whole fruit calories why not? Anxiously awaiting your way in. Congrats on 213. Boy you can sure lose when you get going. I am down another 0.4 lb. Woop de do! But I'll still take it, it's in the right direction :)
