Hit my 700 calorie target today but then had some raw nuts for a snack and those suckers were expensive in terms of calories and I topped 1000! Have to do another 700 calorie day tomorrow to get on track. Trying to maintain a 1300 per day average. Determined not to let it get too far ahead of me this month.
