Woke at 228.0, down .9 from yesterday. Doing approximately 1000-1100 calories per day until Thanksgiving. Will do OMAD that day but will have a taste of everything. Then it's recovery time! UPDATE: Fasted until 2 pm. Weighed 227.6 by then. Ate cottage cheese and protein powder for lunch. Weighed 228.2 before dinner. Happy hour tonight with vodka and sodas.
