Woke at 224.7, down 2.0 from yesterday. That works! UPDATE: Ate some Greek Yogurt with a little protein powder for lunch and four cups of coffee early. Got to 224.3 at 5:30. That's my lowest since May 27, 2020. Happy with the progress and I'm enjoying the WOE. Chicken fajitas for dinner.
