Woke and did 30 minutes of HIIT spinning and pushups. Got to 229.3 after that, up .9 from yesterday. I only ate 1500 calories yesterday, but that included some pasta at dinner. Likely a bit of water retention as a result. Going to do OMAD today. UPDATE: Made it to 1:30 pm and had a can of tuna. That should hold me until later! UPDATE 2: Weighed 229.2 before dinner, which was an omelet. Stayed in the 1000 calorie range to catch up a bit.
