Woke at 227.5, up .6 from yesterday, but feeling good about that. I ate a pound of pork chops at 10 pm last night and drank a bottle of red wine. Started the day with 100 weighted squats and three sets of pushups. Black coffee and green tea until noon at least. UPDATE: Still moving out water and doing carnivore this week. A pound of pork at lunchtime but got to 227.3 before dinner. UPDATE 2: Ate another half pound of pork for dinner but later, Jason ordered 5 Guys burgers and I ate a bacon cheeseburger sans bun. Massive protein today but about 111 grams of fat and 29 grams of net carbs, which totals about 1115 energy grams. Let's see what the morning brings.
