Woke at 226.6, down 2.0 from yesterday. Day three of FMD. I started with 22 minutes of HIIT on the bike. Feeling a little low energy, so I'm going to eat some breakfast. Going to try substituting cauliflower for cereal with some almond milk, walnuts, and cinnamon. Let's see what happens! UPDATE: The breakfast hack with cauliflower worked great! I ate a little bit every few hours today as the low calories of the veggies didn't get me too far each time. I moved a lot of water but was 227.1 at 5 pm due to the continual eating all day. But all good. Overnight fasting and dehydration might give me a new low in the morning.
