TGIF…for those that look for it…

My recovery yesterday was 39%…. When I rode yesterday…that was with..100 %sleep from night before…sleep is recovery time…after my 30 min ride yesterday..I did minimal moving around..meditated for an hour….30 min meditating…30 minutes sleeping..cause I got too relaxed listening to a you tube of rain falling….but with my sleep last night ..my recovery came up higher today…however..decided to take a rest day…3days of riding..time for a rest day to recover back into the green…

I was pretty relaxed when I layed down on bed last night as well…and it helped me fall asleep faster…awake time in bed last night…30 minutes….I’m getting better sleep…for a change…of course…there’s more to recovery then just sleep…

Like everything…sleep is just part of the equation…eating properly..hydration…everything works together…if one is off…it messes with everything…

Another hot humid day in Midwest again today…yuck…

Going out for free donuts shortly…give away promotion at Benjamin F. Edwards…hoping..it’s worth getting out for…lol

Welp…need to get a move on…couple more hours …free donuts..things to do…lol…

I know sleep is a very important part but it just alludes me I was up again at 3:30 this morning

I use to be up at 330 am..to be ready to ride at 530..but once i set everything up..dsy before..1 more hour to sleep

When I meditated yesterday my average heart rate was 62…
