Morning weigh in at 206.0 shows lots of remaining carb water weight. Will eat high protein, low carbs today and will finish up with weights and 30 minutes on the treadmill. Adding 30 minutes of treadmill on weight lifting days as the Fitbit has shown no appreciable calorie burn for the lifting (although the other benefits are obvious). Will look at starting P90X this weekend.

I'll meet you on the treadmill. I got in about 30 myself yesterday. Even tilted the incline to 4.0, as I find it's easier on my bad knee at the moment. Keep up the good work(outs).
