Successfully ate 1331 today to get back on my 1840 per day average after Sunday's fruit binge! It was good for me, though. Got a 201.0 weigh in before dinner, so only up .2 today. Hoping for the 190s again for my morning wakeup. My muscle and body fat numbers are what I think are accurate for me right now.
