Morning weigh in of 201.4, just to keep me humble. Definitely regularity related. Targeting 1820 calories today with grilled salmon and sweet potatoes tonight. But no workout tonight or Saturday with guests in town. Got to make up for it on Sunday! Enjoy your Friday!

Regularity has been a struggle for me too, despite lots of fiber and water. If you find the secret to correcting it, please share!

I will try those. Thanks! I just didn't want to get into using other things like laxatives, because they tend to give you a false sense of losing weight through dehydration, and I'm trying to stay hydrated. I appreciate the response.

About the magnesium citrate - my understanding is that it pulls water with it into your digestive tract, which is why its recommended to take it with at least a full glass of water. The medical websites say it works best taken on an empty stomach which I've found to be true, a couple capsules with lots of water first thing in the morning and waiting at least an hour before eating anything always gives good results by around mid day. Nothing that keeps you tied to the bathroom though.
