@BestNinny and GrammyJuJu, I'm in maintenance now but have not found it necessary to ever restrict carbs for weight control. CICO works well for me...

Glad you're in maintenance. I thought I'd be in maintenance all of my life, but things didn't pan-out that way for hubby & I. We both can't lose weight and we both eat whatever we want. I luv salads, but hubby calls them "Rabbit-Food". I luv vegetables and he doesn't. YOur food/dishes always look so professional. Do you create them yourself? Yummy! Very inviting
