Otb, I don't play when it comes to dinner. I realize I'm bragging, but since it's the truth, it's cool. Even my 2 teenage sons will opt for their favorite meals I make over ALL takeout. All takeout, including pizza and hamburgers, fries... THIS meal is not their favorite, but it is mine. 😊

jengetfit123, thanks! It isn't always this organized, though! I like to saute the veggies in stages so the zucchini don't turn into soggy noodles by the end. I keep each veggie in its own space so I can do so...
