Woke at 201.0 after going out to happy hour last night. Tanita shows 5.6 pounds of water weight I didn't have yesterday morning. Will burn that off today and tomorrow. Targeting 1862 calories today.

5 pounds of water and you weigh 201 thats encouraging!!! You can get that off!! Nice!! I've got to get a Tanita. It's on my wish list. That way I can guage water,etc. :)

What your RDI for maintaining, say, at 198? Just curious. I know you like to build in 1000 calorie deficit through workout - but, say, without that extra burn - pretend you work out three days a week. :)

That is what happy hour is all about. FUN! LOL! Glad you passed on the treadmill and just accepted the day for what it was. LIFE! You will get off the fluid and back under 200. :)

You only pass this way once. You may as well take time to enjoy some guilty pleasures once in a while. Besides, what's the point of looking and feeling great if you don't go out and share it with the rest of the world? :-)
