I failed myself yesterday…

😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

20-30 mile an hour winds for last 3 hours and for most of day…had storms that started at 3am…but rain has tapered off…for now…

Water is going in as I journal…on next 20 oz of water…try and get the salt flushed out today…was on the scales at 3am…yep…weight was up…lol…no weigh in today..between water I’ve already drank..and salt…..welll…todays a new day…they was good…but little voice was silent as I ate them..but my conscience was talking to me….

Already started workout…had planned to get a short ride in..but when it’s storming…I don’t ride inside even..don’t want to lose my internet connection and my ride stats on zwift…

Well…need to get back at the workout…

Happy Saturday! It’s a new day! It’s ok! I laughed at the bugels. My two sisters and I loved those growing up and would put them on as fingernails!😂🤣 Strange, I know but fun at the time. Lol No rain here and nice but next weekend the cold sets in! Like high 30’s. The window will come down for sure! I better get to sippin!☕️☕️ Then, get to moving. Hope you have a great day!:)
