Woke at 218.7, down .7 from yesterday. I have to attend a funeral and hour and a half away and I’ll be fasting until I either eat dinner down there or get back. UPDATE: Did not eat anything at the funeral and drank black coffee on the way down. Got back home at 6:30 and got 217.5 weigh in. Denise made Mississippi pot roast for dinner and I'll have some of that.
