I'm amazed at how our bodies react - both to feeding it well and not feeding it well. I know the "diligent" you that you are will have this down very quickly. I suspect you had an amazing Easter! Congrats on continuous miracle drop, I know walking does help, running back and forth down to various offices today really got my sports tracker burn calorie up!!
