Good morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. I certainly did. All our guests are gone and yesterday was sort of a typical day. However, letting myself eat seasonal treats for three days put on a solid 10 pounds of water weight. I have not logged in for a few days, so this is a catch-up post. I weighed 224.5 on Christmas morning, up 2.5 from Saturday's weigh-in. I then weighed 229.5 on Monday morning, the day after Christmas! Today, I weighed 229.8. I completely cut out the sweets and reduced the other carbs yesterday, but I still ate plenty of calories. The recovery continues today!
