My Apple Watch now breaks it out in zones which is interesting to look at but I don’t know where I should be at in each category. I would have thought I would have had a higher heart best during the time I pushed the weighted puker I mean prowler. 🤮

it depends on what you're doing and what goals you have for the activity. for me, it's been seeing it become harder and harder to get my heart rate up there when swimming - it means I've gotten better and my body has adapted. flip the switch and make me run and it goes up easily because it's not something I do regularly. look up zones training. another measure is how quickly it drops within two minutes after exercising. super interesting stuff and fun to watch progress. knowing apple, they probably incorporated whatever data you already have going as far back as you've had your watch so you can see your progress by activity. I wonder if I have this breakout, I only have an Apple Watch 5 so a few versions back. I have an app that does a lot of this for me.

Katsolo I am doing strength training so I will need to go look it up and see. I understand what you are saying about the heart rate going down as your body adapts. I will have to take a look at my history. I do know that my Apple watch can do even more with the last updates I had. Even my body temperature when I sleep but I cannot find where it is recording it.

Cheesegobler - It definitely makes me nauseous right after each set but thank goodness it passes.
