Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….
I’d like to say I have 3/4 mile in…but I’m thinking my body is telling me not today…I slept till 5am….and when I did get up….just wasn’t a lot of get up an go…lol..even as I drink first cup of ☕️..I’m thinking…might be a recovery day…as much as I hate taking days off..they just seem so long of days..
Temps dropped all day yesterDay…started at 60 at 4am…this morning 35..wind chill 28….winter is back…het is on…and with hot coffee…nice an warm….only problem..coffee is half gone…lol…
Was listening to a podcast yesterday about food and obesity…and the diseases we now have..that in the 1920s…was seldom heard of…makes you think
Ut oh…..cup ran dry….I’m thinking…might be an omad day…been going to breakfast last few days…but less movement today…just not thinking to fast today…lol..not getting up at 430 am…getting my morning walk in…throws my whole day and thinking out of whack…
Was also listening to star children..indigo’s…I often relate..often feel out of place in this 🌎…
Need a second cup of ☕️….
