@ SG- Thanks! My hubby told me at workout - just think you are lifting your grandson in each arm on chest supported rows! At least I know I can pull him out of the lake this summer with no issues. Now if I only could keep up with my grandson and his energy.

@YOH- I am 5’9. I wear a 2 or XS in some things so it depends but my go to is a 4. I may be 5’8” because that is a real thing to shrink! 🥲
