Happy 😃 happy 😃…Friday….

Guess today is a rest day….yesterdays 16.5 mile ride…on a flatter course seemed like a good ides as the time…but ….ay 1pm…t was taking a 90 min nap…and all afternoon u was tired….but one of my longest rides in a long time…today…I get to pay for it…by resting…lol…and I am tired…my 8 hours wasn’t enough sleep…even thou it was 100%…

Sipping my ☕️….and to tired to care…lol…a recliner day today….lol…

Just finished breakfast…and it’s the normal time I’m changing into riding bibs…lol…the urge to ride is there….trying to say no today..get my recovery time today…get out of the yellow back into the green….
