Happy 😃 storms moving in Wednesday…

Sleep wasn’t the greatest last night….plus..back to waking up at 4am….like my body has pre shifted to time change early early …so…since I woke up before the birds…I got dressed already got my first mile in hallways in..actually trying to get back in habit of walking first thing in morning before ☕️…instead of sitting in recliner on ipad…breaking old habits lil to better ones…

Was raining when I got up..mostly spot showers…

Today is senior day…town comes for sausage ..gravy..biscuit…yuck…so parking lot will be full shortly…never did care for the gravy and biscuit part..use to pick out the sausage…

Weigh coming back off again…in new territory…seems to be slower…coming off…but as always…faster to gain…part of this lifestyle of eating better…sometimes I wonder if it’s worth it….I feel like the little fish in a vast ocean…fighting against the waves…knowing it’s worth it….but why can’t it be easier just for a change….

I got error message…thought I’d lost journal….lately I been saving them to memory..and paste ing them..just in case…it only does that when I weigh in and journal…
