@Swayneman - Thanks and I freeze what we don't eat when I need a Macro portion item for lunch, I can throw it in my lunch bag!

@CLC- I know I want to tear off the edge around the whole thing and eat that part! The best part is that when you take the cooked noodels you melt butter, egg and parmesean in the noodles before spreading in a pie plate. SOOOO GOOD!

@TJV- I know what you mean! I want to eat more! LOL - my hubby eats two portions because he can but one portion gives me Fat 21 g, Carbs 23 g and Protein 31 grams so I usually add a green vegetable to eat with my serving.

@OG- I know this is an awesome way to meal prep because I aim for 30 grams of protein in 4 meals a day so one serving of this meets that so I eat some of it and freeze the rest for days when I don't have time to cook! Recipe is in my profile under my cookbook.

@ s linerud-I have done the spaghetti squash also but I have done it a little differently and have that in my cookbok on here too. I love it because spaghetti squash takes on the flavor of what you cook it with so I think it is an amazing way to get extra low calorie food.
