Love, love, love my little food scale. It takes (almost) all the guess work out of calorie counting and it was not an expensive investment. I don't remember how much it cost me, but I'm pretty sure it was about $15 or so

Buenita, it kicks butt! Alternate between grams ounces, pounds. Weigh things in containers (tare). It was super easy to figure out. It worked right out of the box and it was a best buy according to America's Test Kitchen. It is amazing.

I plan on buying a new scale when I move into a new house. The one I have now isn't digital and only shows ounces or pounds
