Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

1 outside….hard frost…watching the sunrise…just finished ☕️…

Listening to feeling is the secret.(1944)…..

Still fasting…at 11… il be hitting 48 hours…all I hear from everyone here..is I can’t do that…I’m not asking them to…but I also explain to them they fast after supper till breakfast…and then they understand…yes they could..if the chose to….

Nice sunrise this morning….nice to have windows to see it each day…

No ride today…but plan on resistance band workouts..72 miles on bike this week..and more elevation then last..more miles as well…

Positive energy and thoughts to all….
