44..didnt seem all that cold this morning.. gooood morning ...didnt seem all that cold...or im getting use to the coldness of the ride...wasnt really in the mood this morning an so just rode a 4 miler ride...some days are like that...an easy ride today..

time changed last night..got extra hour of sleep...but still woke up at 330am thinkin it was time to get up an move..stayed in bed till 430am..an finally got up an started moving for the day...
