CLEANING OF THE CABINETS..goood monday mornin..yeap cleanin the cabinets an fridge once again..didnt find all that much to give away to friends that are healthy but just eating differently then my sister an i do..friends are coming by in next few days to take what little we found yesterday..just a tweak here an there to get more on track again..something i think we need to do from time to time..to keep more focused..

the cheese its i made yesterday using the sargento ultra pepper jack slices...mmmmmm good an spicy..just the way i like it..sister tried one ..she was wishing she had gotten pepper jack instead of mild cheddar..told her next time she will know what to pick up..lol..

george didnt make it yesterday but hes comin today to cook the chicken for us..hes a pretty good ole guy to do that for us...

spent 61 minutes on trainer yesterday..ended up with 19.2 miles..i have 208 just this month..but need 340 ave a month..yes running alittle behind this month..but still have 11 months left..longer rides will get me closer faster..todays suppose to be a day off...yeah i kno ..i say that an then end up riding..just something about the feeling i get from riding..cant explain it..but riding is just something i enjoy..

was almost gonna take off yesterday..not been getting on bike at 4am..been waiting later in the day..set here debating on if i was gonna ride or not...was at 72 miles for the week..needed 90 to hit my weekly goal..had my salad like always..sprinkled some of the cheese its that i made into it..and then mixed up a protein shake with bananna in it...next thing i knew i was changing clothes an on the bike..went into zwift an picked a course i could ride..19.2 miles later i was sliding off the trainer..an wobblely walking into living room to sit in recliner an cool off..hit my weekly goal with 1.2 miles to spare..i slept great last night...lol

well time to get up an have a tea latte..get this day started once again..

did a 12. something on my day off...rode slower...took longer ...wanted to do another 12 this afternoon...but mind an body are together for a change..no more riding today...
