THINK MY BODY IS ADJUSTING..good thursday morning..been waking up at like 3am..im thinkin my body knows the time change is about to happen..

was lazy yesterday..wasnt in mood to get on bike yesterday morning..was just feeling tired..fell asleep in recliner at 1030am an slept an hour..but still wasnt in mood to do alot..

got an order from http://www.hammernutrition.com/ for a product called Recoverite ...did some reviews on it..its used to recover faster after a workout..an i really need something like that..i got my order yesterday afternoon..decided yesterday after it came...good time to give it a try..got on bike did a 30 min ride up some smaller hills..ended up doing an 8 mile ride..average speed 15.8..yes i was pushing the pedels to try an wear my upper thighs so i could see if it was as good as the reviews said..got off bike..opened container of recoverite..got my scooper out..an had a mixture..i am amazed..i was ready to get back on bike last night an add more miles..

woke up this morning..upper thighs arent sore at all..and im ready to ride today..legs arent tired like they normally are..today will be day 4 of riding..have 51.6 miles in out of 80 for week..and 666 miles in for the year..so hoping to add another 20 plus today...got errands to do this morning..still to windy out to get road bike out an on the pavement..gonna email different trek retailers rest of the week an get idea on what they suggest for a road bike for outside..gonna leave cannondale on trainer year around..talked with a friend yesterday an he suggested i do that..if money was no issue..an its not..already have money put back for a new bike..just wasnt sure if i really needed to go that route..just enjoy riding so much..its a whole body workout..one that along with eating healthier makes it all worth the effort..

well coffee is ready ...time is wasting..time to get up an moving once again..thinking of getting dressed in riding gear an doing an early morning ride..get this day started out right for a change..

17.5 mile ride...71 minutes...volcano flat ride along with a few minor hills along the way... all before eating anything...burn off the fat first...

last ride for the day...8.5 miles..and 35 min...ended up being a 26 mile ride for the day with both rides...
