Today I had to cook hubby some chicken and noodles, and chicken w/gravy and rice, I did stick to my Low Carbs food, I took my chicken breast and made me low carb chicken salad, the chicken w/gravy is a low carb gravy, made with almond flour, almond milk, diced onions, Emeril Lagasse seasoning. I'm back on track, and not giving into all these distractions and triggers. Have a good rest and your day, and Happy 4th, Stay Focus.
