First thing in the morning *after a restaurant.* I still eat too much at restaurants, but healthy-ish food at least so I don’t get temporary gains after eating out anymore. Baby steps.

I just ate a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds after lunch as fuel…all good, then had a massive urge for two small pieces of raisin bread so ate them…I did have a light lunch at first, but…this is so annoying. I blame not sleeping well.
Anyone else get cravings when they don’t sleep well?

This is what happens when you (granted, I did weigh later than usual and get very hungry in the morning even before I’m about to have an early lunch too)…weigh too late in the morning again. Weighing first thing is not a priority for me, but…I did gain a fraction of a pound I think. Not surprised, except I’m surprised I didn’t gain *more* even if it was only a week lol.
Well I did binge on “healthier” processed foods even if they weren’t fruits and vegetables, and sleep so much that it probably burned *more* instead of less, even if I did exercise too little too. So…mitigated the insane amount of calories at least.

A hummus wrap, peas, and kale for lunch.
Used a 45-calorie tortilla. It is less processed for a lighter tortilla (Maria and Ricardo’s).

How are you?
Saturday through Wednesday should get nice and hot in the afternoons, but not the high 80s thankfully, because just 5 degrees makes a difference—nice, perfect low 80s predicted in the afternoons those days instead, plus mornings that aren’t cold. Yes!
Today is nice weather to be cozy, and only slightly too chilly for outdoors. I love it. But I will love when I can enjoy the outdoors, even more.
I did a self-motivated small amount of exercise, on a low-energy day, which is far harder than someone else motivating me, and far harder than five times that amount of exercise but on a high-energy day. I feel good about it. What are your small victories today? If you don’t have any, what do you plan to do better?
