Weight down to 213.6 this morning, still working on getting off what I gained over the weekend going off plan. I must have consumed more calories and carbs than I entered into my food journal. But still on track (I think) for an overall loss for the week by Saturday.

Working on getting my weight back down after going off track while in Buffalo celebrating a birthday this past weekend. I didn't go that far off really in calories, just allowed a lot more carbs than usual with some birthday cake, ice cream, chips, and a beer. But it was enough, amazing how that makes me retain fluids, I was up 6 lbs a couple days ago. Weight was 215 lbs this morning, still up about 3 lbs from last weigh in.
My wife made an amazing Indian butter chicken last night. It was better than what we've gotten from a local restaurant, and theirs is very good. Made with lots of heavy cream and butter, but doing low carb so not a problem, I was down a pound this morning despite have a nice portion for dinner.

212.6 lbs, weighing in a day early because we're headed to Buffalo for our grandson's 7th birthday. There will be temptations so I'll need to make wise food choices.

Dinner tonight was a keto-friendly, crispy thin crust pepperoni/bacon pizza. It was absolutely delicous! Nutrition breakdown for the entire pizza (which I ate!) is: 609 Cal, 30g Fat, 38g Protein, 42g Carbs, 28g Fiber, 14 net carbs. The crust is a Mission Carb Balance burrito wrap. I highly recommend it!

213.8 lbs this morning. I was hoping for a bigger loss but I'm really ok with it, that's a reasonable pace to be losing. I need to start lifting to try and keep muscle mass so that's the goal for this week.
